About to Attempt a WILD Nap - Any Advice?

Yesterday I tried, I almost got there, but every time sleep paralysis started I had a wave of adrenalin and woke out of it. I think that now that I know a little bit more of what to expect it might not be so bad.

Anyways just wondered if anyone had any advice.

The onset of sleep paralysis can sometimes be startling. I've shaken myself out of a few WILD attempts before because sleep paralysis suddenly just hit me.

I suggest using some relaxation techniques and making sure the room's really dark, so if your eyes open you won't see anything but blackness. Some people have reported their eyes moving as if in REM, which causes them to open. Earplugs are good too.

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Hmm, I think I might try earphones with some iso tones playing.. I'm no fan of them in terms of giving you certain affects, but they work pretty well for relaxing.

I've tried using iso sounds once. They really do help block out annoying noise, as well as provide background noise.
