Yesterday I tried, I almost got there, but every time sleep paralysis started I had a wave of adrenalin and woke out of it. I think that now that I know a little bit more of what to expect it might not be so bad. |

The onset of sleep paralysis can sometimes be startling. I've shaken myself out of a few WILD attempts before because sleep paralysis suddenly just hit me. |

Hmm, I think I might try earphones with some iso tones playing.. I'm no fan of them in terms of giving you certain affects, but they work pretty well for relaxing. |

I've tried using iso sounds once. They really do help block out annoying noise, as well as provide background noise. |
