The title pretty much says it. I wanted to re-excite myself about LDs and kick start some of the great LDs, so I am taking part in Matte87's Competition Thread. I figured I should switch up my own routine just a bit for freshness sake.
Ok, the new mantra is "Watch for the Dream" Timed to breath with "Watch for" on the inhale and "the Dream" on the exhale. Doo not be overly rigid on the timing, you should be casual and relaxed with the chant.
Great luck the first time! Every time I woke up last night I tried WBTB WILD using the mantra. I had 2 WILDs and 1 DILD.
The reason it seemed to work for me, is that if I got to spaced out and forgot to chant, my brain would have to go "What was I supposed to be saying?, UM,, Watch for the Dream?" It worked for the two successful WILDs because I would then go, "OH, yeah, so am I watching?" I then looked around and sure enough, I was in a dream.
