      Could someone help with this?

      I keep having dreams where I know I'm in a dream. I go mental and kill everyone, but I'm scared that one day I'll be awake, but think I'm in a dream and will actually kill everyone.

      What do I do????

      Don't kill people in dreams. As simple as that.

      EDIT: Also, you can perform a "RC" (Reality check) to see if you're dreaming or not.

      Pinch your nose and if you can still breath through it you are dreaming. Other ones could be pull on your finger and see if it stretches. Try to float. Try to poke your finger through your hand. But the breathing one is most reliable.

      If I have a dream tonight I'll try that, I might also try jumping. I don't know if I'd remember to do it in the dream though, but I will try
