Audio induction Idea? Yay or Nay?

Wear headphones and goto sleep with it playing..
the recording is scheduled for during deep REM.
Have messages play, like, "You are dreaming"... a lot.. ?

Maybe a stupid question but i thought it was a good idea...

I'm going to make a CD in a little while that plays at 8 hours into dreaming... itll probably say that stuff like 100 hundred times..

PS: Don't make it too loud or it might wake you up

In all honest, i dont think that stuff would make a BIG difference.

ITs worth a try, and a good idea, but just rely on yourself!
      you can do it...[/b]

isnt that sort of what the NovaDreamer does? Lights and sounds when you're in REM state?

Well it worked for me once but with the other techniques you i do it at will. Why relying on something when you can do it on your own?

What I'm doing now is I wear a watch during the day that beeps at every beep I TRY and remember to do a RT. Just recently I've downloaded a program (if you all want it PM me or post here) which you can set exactly when it starts beeping and how long it beeps after that (you need to have your computer where you sleep though; For examply mins in my room so its very convinient) I usually set it for 1 hour first beep then 30 minute beeps after that. That way I'll hear at least one during my Dream. And I think it works to.
