      Trouble with becoming fully lucid

      Whenever i question if im dreaming in a dream it seems to be very brief and i often fall back into non lucidity again. Are their any tips or tricks to help me do a reality check when i question this in my dreams? Thank you.

      Welcome to the forum. Make your dream RC into a real show stopper. Pinching your nose or counting the fingers on your hand is nice, but ineffective for me. JUMP! Do a gravity check. Dream gravity is different from RL. Once you establish you are in a dream become 'Spock-like'; analytically and unemotional. Take a walk. Look around. Try not to fly or talk to DC. Good luck to you!
