We have a ton of good guides to get you started.

What have you been doing, so far? How is your dream recall? Do you already keep a dream journal? Do you perform reality checks?

I know how you feel. Dreams are amazing once you start paying attention to them.

My best advice (besides dream journal and reality checks) would be to try and perform a Wake Back To Bed (WBTB) at least once per week. All you have to do is interrupt your sleep in the middle of the night, spend a few minutes awake thinking about lucid dreaming, then return to sleep. Get out of bed and walk around for a minute or two doing reality checks. Maybe read through your dream journal a bit, imagining yourself becoming lucid in your past dreams. This will greatly improve your chances of becoming lucid.

I recommend just reading around the forum and find a technique that works for you, but recall should be your priority if you are trying to have DILDS.

If you haven't had a lucid dream yet, I suggest you just record your dreams until they become really vivid and you spontaneously have an LD, while practicing a reality check 5-10 times a day at random intervals. After that, a lot of the techniques make more sense as you know what its like to be in the dream world.
