I only started properly trying this week to lucid dream but what worked for me was being confident you were going to have on before going to bed, i also think about lucid dreaming most of the day, you usually dream about things that happen in your day so if you dream about lucid dreaming you will probably question yourself whether you are infact dreaming i did that last night! when im in bed i just think in my head about how i am going be awake in my dream and it has worked for me 3 times in 5 nights, i always set my alarm for 3 am and get out of bed and back in then try drift back to sleep while being slightly aware i am awake this can sometimes help you drift straight into a dream i dont know how it works. |
