I'm no expert. But I think it's not the same for everyone, it differs from person to person. You'll have to find out for yourself when on the day your REM cycle is active if i'm not mistaken. |

i'm told it all comes down to sleep cycles. 2-3 cycles, i'm told as well, are necessary for meaningful/ healthy sleep. |
