Arrow Arrive at the Sleep Paralysis without sleep (help-me question)

      Version English
Hello, Good Night. I am Brazilian and I have a doubt. I want induce sleep paralysis without sleep before "WBTB," is it possible? I read a bit here on the forum that up with a bit of consciousness, still rejecting all the itching and willingness to change positions and even salivary within 90 minutes that is the beginning of REM sleep, begins to sleep paralysis? My intention is not to sleep before, but now go to bed and try to get into paralysis. Sorry if I missed the place to post my question, I'm a little lost in this forum foreign language. hugs
      Sorry my english.

I think it is indeed possible.
There were times where I would be trying to fall asleep, and have a sleep paralysis episode. Happens at least once a month, and that's not even attempting to WILD or anything. It is easier to induce it after doing a WBTB, but it's still possible without doing that

It may be possible but most everyone will tell you it is easier after you have had 4-6 hours of sleep already.

More importantly REM dreams early in the night are naturally more shallow and much shorter than after a 4-6 hour period of sleep. If you wait to try to get into SP until after you sleep you will slip into dreams that are more stable and vivid.
