I sometimes do the same thing and usually I wake up on the verge of shitting my pants.

But I never really drank milk past 10-11 years old (that is, daily, at breakfast). I geuss I just got sick of it after a while. Now it's usually either juice or no breakfast at all...which is sad. Now I'm off to have a Jimmy Dean's Biscuit SEC thingy at 2 in the 'morn.

Also, try not heat liquids in the microwave. Stove-top soup is better than microwaved soup, boil water, cook pizza in oven, etc, etc.

Sorry for lack of coherence on subject matter.

P.S. Mostly psychological with the milk stuff (ie, Placebo effect). Though I suppose the nutrients in milk can help a little.
