My Issue:
I was attempting to WILD last night and I had been doing relatively well so far. I was ignoring the need to swallow, staying relatively still, and day-dreaming enough to relax while retaining a strong grip on my thoughts. I was about 10 minutes into the session when I started feeling these weird jolts going all the way down my leg, like there was a power-surge running down my leg and then finally letting off an explosion at my nerves. At first they were weak involuntary twitches, but it the jolts get progressively worse until my leg is about to explode. It helps if I try and let my mind wander but the twitches make relaxing so hard about 20 minutes into the WILD I just gave up because I was having so much trouble relaxing.
- What were these weird twitches/jolts and how can I stop their effect on me?
- About how long does it take to reach SP usually? I want to know if I'm relaxing right or not. I've read places it's 20 minutes, I've read others it's 30, and others that it can easily take an hour.
