      Sleep Paralysis makes me uncomfortable.

This morning, I woke up with sleep paralysis. I was only able to move my fingers and toes, and could move my lips (but no sound came out). I constantly moved them in an effort to snap out of it. I realized that I could use the paralysis to enter a lucid dream. So, I stopped moving my fingers, toes, and lips, and try to relax. The moment I relaxed, my fan suddenly got very loud, and I began hearing a loud rumbling sound. My head felt like it was going to explode; this feeling in my head made me feel uncomfortable. I began to panic, and began moving my fingers. I eventually snapped out of the paralysis. Now, I regret not going through the paralysis.

How can I get into a lucid dream from Sleep Paralysis as quickly as possible?
