      Binuaral Beats Causing Nightmares?

Hello, last year I started to note down every dream I remembered and I learned to remember four a night sadly I stop and now that I have started I can only remember two a night. Because I couldnt fall asleep tryed Somthing called UndaCova binaural beats and in the two nights I have used it I have had two extremely vivid dreams... Sadly both have been nightmares? Can anyone try them and tell me if you start experiencing vivid dreams and nightmares? Here is the link to the download.... http://mp3skull.com/mp3/undacova_binaural_beats.html

Choose track one... The one at the top.

      Thanks!

Binaural beats don't cause nightmares. They also don't cause lucid dreams... at least for me they don't. Here is a blog I wrote in days of yore: The Binaural Beat Goes On

It's possible, dreamORreality, that using the sounds just isn't right for you at this time. I have not known people to experience nightmares using them, and I can only find references to heightened awareness using them. I have no personal experience.

Is it possible that your anxiety levels are up considering your time away from recording your dreams and your desire to LD? Anxiety is the primary cause for unpleasant dreams.
