Imagine yourself floating. |
So you successfully induce sleep paralysis... What do you do next to induce a LD? |
Imagine yourself floating. |
That definitely sounds like a way to achieve an OBE and I'm not really looking to do that |
I would immediately start a simple visualization... it can be anything. Visualize clouds, for instance. |
That sounds promising face! I'll try that tonight. |
To some, an OBE is just a lucid dream |
Goals
Have my first Lucid Dream [X] Become adept at stabilising dreams [] Change my dream environment [] Summoning [X] Telekinesis [] Hear a joke from a DC [] Ride a dragon, then jump off from a great height [] Swim [] Drive [] Eat []
And to others, they are not |
Try forming a dream scene. Imagine a place like a mountaintop or a forest or a city, imagine being there, what it feels like, what it smells like, really make it real, and you will find a dream forming, allow it to develop into a full dream, and you will find yourself there |
Really easy, for me I just simply walk out of my paralysis. I become so excited that I open my eyes and simply start wandering off in my dream doing stuff. It works because after the vibrations, auditory hallucinations and etc. You finally transitioned into time-space/astral plane/inner plane and you can manifest things with your thoughts. Hope this helps |

two ways I have done it |

LD GOAL LIST
1) Re-live the D-day landings like in the opening scene in 'Saving Private Ryan'. Arrive by landing boat, storm the beach, kill me some Nazis.
2) A prolonged flying experience through beautiful landscape/scenery
3) Have a 'nice' time with Chery Cole and Nicole Schwerzinger
Thanks guys!!! |
