      SP... Then what?

So you successfully induce sleep paralysis... What do you do next to induce a LD?

That definitely sounds like a way to achieve an OBE and I'm not really looking to do that . Could anyone please elaborate?

I would immediately start a simple visualization... it can be anything. Visualize clouds, for instance.

To some, an OBE is just a lucid dream

Have my first Lucid Dream [X] Become adept at stabilising dreams [] Change my dream environment [] Summoning [X] Telekinesis [] Hear a joke from a DC [] Ride a dragon, then jump off from a great height [] Swim [] Drive [] Eat []

And to others, they are not I think Cloudofmichael is one of the 'others'. No criticism intended, I am too!

Try forming a dream scene. Imagine a place like a mountaintop or a forest or a city, imagine being there, what it feels like, what it smells like, really make it real, and you will find a dream forming, allow it to develop into a full dream, and you will find yourself there

Really easy, for me I just simply walk out of my paralysis. I become so excited that I open my eyes and simply start wandering off in my dream doing stuff. It works because after the vibrations, auditory hallucinations and etc. You finally transitioned into time-space/astral plane/inner plane and you can manifest things with your thoughts. Hope this helps

two ways I have done it

      1) Just relax...imagine a dream scenario and it should slowly materialise.
      2) I drag myself over to my bedroom window and throw myself out.

ps - make sure you are definitly in SP before trying number 2
      LD GOAL LIST

      1) Re-live the D-day landings like in the opening scene in 'Saving Private Ryan'. Arrive by landing boat, storm the beach, kill me some Nazis.
      2) A prolonged flying experience through beautiful landscape/scenery
      3) Have a 'nice' time with Chery Cole and Nicole Schwerzinger

I reached SP this morning I gave up partly because I didn't know what to do (I know now) and partly because my left testicle was itchy. Is there a way to prevent itching? That seems like my main problem

Sorry to inform you, but it's impossible to get itchy in any part of your body during SP. You weren't in SP.
