Just close your eyes and imagine the dream environment you want to find yourself in. |

Alright, so I have been trying for several months now and I've only had a few successful attempts in which I only reached sleep paralysis. I normally tend to feel a heaviness, muscles twitching all over my body and a lot of pressure in my head along with my body heating up. I've read about how to shift Into your dream using techniques like mentally rolling out of bed, but I haven't had any success with them. My question is, how do you personally know when your ready to shift Into your dream and how do you execute it? Thanks |

I realize that i'm dreaming.
I realize that i'm dreaming.
I realize that i'm dreaming.

Just as Zoe said, imagine your dream and picture yourself in it. For many people, once they feel the vibrations and twitches of sp have left, they open their eyes, reality check, and find out they're dreaming. |

Visualize, visualize, visualize! Did I mention visualize? |

I've had the same issue, I will next time try visualizing. Someone once told me to 'roll' off the bed, and I'll land in a dream! But I'm worried I'll really roll off the bed an hurt mydelf I have tried a few times to 'sit up' and get out of bed, and that worked! But it's confusing because I'm in my bedroom, and it feels too real. I'd much rather just be in a dream. |

Ooh, their breath is warm
And they smell like sleep
And they say they take me home
Like poppies heavy with seed
They take me deeper and deeper
I have a similar problem as well... I try to stay as conscious and awake as possible... but I end up lost in a dream... unconscious... |

You can find explanation and solution to this in Sageous's WILD class. |
