One of the most vived dreams i have ever had !!!

I don't know how to start,long time no see,
ehhm,hello every body,am haithem,known in this forum as areyoume,some of you remember me,some of you not.
i wasn't tring to lucid dream at all this past few months(to be exact sinse last february).i had a very important exam and other things that made me forget about lucid dreaming,well that was the case until last night,i had one of the the most amazing and weird and funny dreams i have ever had in my entire life,why you may ask,i think that words won't be enough to describe it but :
i was in car,a very old car,thinking about a women (who later i knew that i saved her in a previous dream)anyways ,the dream was extremely vivid,and i mean really really vivid,it was so vivid that i don't think my crappy english will be able to describe it,it was vived as if i am in real life,maybe even more!!!this is when it gets weird

i looked down to find out that i had boobs ,it didn't took a lot of time to realize that now,i am actually the women i saved in the last dream,as funny as it sounds i start touching my boobs),they were very ...... i dunno how to say it,squishy, is the closest word to describe its Texture ,my sister was looking at me and she was like "WTF"Unfortunately i don't remember what happend next

i am walking,in this beautiful place,thinking of what happened last time,the dream,always vived as before,i said to myself:"this can't be real life,things are way too crazy"
unlike my normal dreams i was very calm,very conscious:I'm dreaming!!!!,but it felt way too real and i know how lucid dreams feel (i had 9 LDS)but this one is very different,i could think clearly,(unlike my previous LDs)i could feel the cold air,feel the sun on my skin,feel the Grass on my Bare feet,i was in a deep state of inner peace,i didn't want to do anything,i just stood there enjoing the amazing feeling.
all of a sudden a huge floating city appearred,wait i know this city,it's dalaran!!!

but i woke up,on the ground as i founed out that i fell of my bed.

amazed by this dream i decided to return to lucid dreaming,am gonna practice ADA as i feel that it's the only way to have other dreams like this one,(it focus on raising awareness of your environment,and by that realizing that you are dreaming and that's what happend to me)
what do you think is the reason i had this dream,by knowing that
1-i haven't tried to lucid dream for a long time.
2-i woke up in the middle of the night to do 'elsouhour' which is a meal we muslims eat 2 hrs before sunrise so we don't lose energy during the day because we Fast (don't drink nor eat from sunrise till Sunset)i had my dream after eating my "souhour" and taking cold medecin.

This is really intresting, it's cool that your intrest for lucid dreaming has been rekindled. Whatever it was that cAUsed you to have such a wonderful dream, I think it shows that you should persist at trying to master lucidity now you have again seen what it can do.

yea,that's right,its a great motivator,do you think me eating food before i sleep or having cold medicin was a reason for having this dream.

Who knows, it could have been chance or a memory but like you said, differences in schedule do sometimes lead to lucid dreams. Either the medicin caused it or it was the feeling that your stomach was slightly full so it was easier for your mind to "wake up".

K00L,NyQuil makes me dream too so maybe that's what it is

There is a new NyQuil Sleep aid with no added ingredients for pain or cold relief that does wonders for dreaming,i cant post links yet but it's made by NyQuil
