Post Was this a wild, or what?

This morning around 9 i woke up naturally. I didn't feel like getting out of bed (as usual). When i don't get out of bed, my brain just starts running, as usual. Now, I usually fall back to sleep around 5 or so times for about 10min at a time. When I fall asleep, whatever im thinking about turns into a dream, and this time i realized it, then waited the time in between, waiting for my first fully lucid dream to form, and it did, but i didn't do much because I don't have faith in SP and didn't want to wake up.

Sounds something like a WILD, since you went into the dream straight from being awake.

Any way you enter a lucid dream without a lapse in consciousness is considered a Wake Induced Lucid Dream, and thats what it sounded like you did. Congrats

      Sounds like a WBTB WILD.

What do you mean you don't have faith in SP? If you have entered a dream, your body is in SP. It's a matter of science, not a matter of faith.

Right but just realize that you will not enter a dream until your body is in SP. So once you are at the stage of entering a dream, just try to forget about your body and it will do what it is supposed to and remain in SP. Focusing on the body while you transition will almost always wake you up.

O.k, ill just concentrate on my dream, btw, do you have any suggestions on going lucid without waking up in the middle of the night? ( school, wake up at 6:30, waking up just isnt an option...except on weekends)
