      I always forget to stay still and could you give me other tips

      I would suggest the use of mantras to help remind yourself not to move or open your eyes when you wake up.
      By telling yourself just before sleep that you will not move as you wake up, that should increase your chances.

      if you live with someone. tell them to wake up, and if you move then they will taser you. You will wake up and not move.

      Waking up and not moving comes naturally to me, the hardest part is transitioning into the dream. Sometimes you wake up and it just doesnt happen.
