      Still Awesome, but need help

Hello, last night i had my third Lcuid dream of my life, with al occuring this month since i joined. This past week i didnt have any motivation at all to try to LD and wasnt even thinking of LDing b/c of things going on. I went to bed and to my surpirse had one dream(or one that i remeber) where i just saw a clock in my dream and instantly turned lucid. This dream was kinda scary. iwas in my house with my family and as soon as i went lucid they got all weird and looked starnge and were staring at me. And of course i was trying to clear up the dream by looking at my hands but ran out of the house into my yard where it was pouring rain and the dream ended. So i have some questions for you guys.

1st-Is there a way to put more clocks in my dreams, because every tme there is a clock i go lucid. I know this sounds kinda weird

2nd-my LD so far have taken place at night in the dream so it is very dark and i cant see to well and the lights never work. How do i make it brighter?

3rd- How do i get my LDs to last longer?

Thanks in advance for the help, sorry for any writing mistakes i am in a hurry!

Here is paigeyemps guide for incorporating dream signs in real life, It's quite a funny concept, It's what I've always done naturally http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/incuba...-signs-134585/

      2) you have loads of options here. Try shouting something like "lights turn on" or before going to bed after WBTB visualize yourself easily being able to command on lights with the flick of a finger.

      3) Stabilization and practice. There are two stabilization techniques I like to use. The first being spinning around while the second is my own special technique made to both stabilize and give you amazing dream control, here it goes.

Next time you are in a lucid dream, concentrate deeply on the environment around you, imagine some form of energy soaking from the environment around you, see it fuse with your body and soul. Imagine that you are taking in the knowledge and power of the dream world that you are depleting the fabric of the dream time in consequence giving you ultimate strength and clarity.
