I can never had lucid dreams, only OBEs?

Ok, so so far, I've had 2 lucid dreams, both at similar circumstances. Once, I woke up at 7am, played some games, went back to sleep at around 11pm, and I kept telling myself: "I'm dreaming" "Stay Awake", and eventually I felt this tingly feeling everywhere. After a while, I felt like I was slipping off the bed. I moved to get back on and then I realized I was moving my "Dream body". It felt like I had two bodies at once. Any ways, I walked, and tried to fly, but my mom woke me up.

The second time, I woke up around 8:45, fell back to sleep at 10:00 and continued to the same, repeating in my head to stay awake, im dreaming. I began having these mini dreams and in one of them, I realized I was dreaming and then boom, I moved again, and it was my dream body moving. This one lasted for about 10 minutes before I woke up.

Both of these times started in my bedroom, at the same location, where I was sleeping. Both have felt like my dream body separating from my real body. I haven't had any difficulty with keeping the dream alive, it never fades when I begin the dream. Is this normal? How do I get lucid dreams, which apparently are more vivid?

When you realized you were dreaming did you feel like you had any control? Could you tell yourself you were dreaming or move(in the dream) consciously?

I'm not terribly familiar with the OBE experience though a lot of them sound like your description based on what I've read. I'm sure Sivason or someone similar will reply with more info there.

Lucid dreams can be incredibly vivid, but some people report them being dreary, hazy or foggy. "Extremely vivid" isn't a rule though I personally find my lucid dreams to be incredibly detailed.

Do you practice any reality checks? They could help with lucidity and control.

Well.. You've done wilds and they normally lead to waking up in the dream where you went to sleep(with perhaps slight change in environment)..
If you want to become lucid while being in a non-lucid dream you need to practice DILD. It's more of a mental practice, while in the other hand WILDing is more of a physical practice..

Read more about DILDs, with reality checks, ADA, meditation, autosuggestion and so on.

Yea, I could move in my dream. I had control and I knew I was dreaming. I went downstairs and asked my Mom if I was dreaming and she said " I don't know" and then she said "Yes". I wanted to fly and imagined I had wings and then I all of a sudden, I had wings! I flew out of my house and into the night sky and then above the clouds.

I remember one my first few lucid dreams i couldnt fly. I spent a while trying to just do it. But it never happened. So i walked up to my parents and asked them if i was dreaming. And they said no. So i lost lucidity after that point.
