      Remembering dreams

Ok guys, I have been practicing deild, wild , dild, and had a pretty high success rate for all of them. But for three days I have not had a dream at all. I am thinking that I am not making lucid dreaming a high priority so I am making it harder to remember dreams. Any tips?

Relax Seriously though, everyone get dryspells at times. Dream recall gets worse if you stress out about it aswell, so relax.

There are so many factors that are just as important as what lucidity induction you use. For example do you get to bed too late? Last night I were out with some friend and I were in bed 03:07 I already knew that my dream recall/ awareness in dreams was doomen just look at my dream journal entry for today ^-^

Another reason can be stress. If I go to bed and have too much things on my mind and not meditate or do some stress relief to feel better, I know for a fact that my dreams will be chaotic, strange and random and therefore impossible to become aware of because my awareness is decreased as well. However if I on the other hand use a stress relief medtation that just takes 3-5 minutes I know that I will have vivid dreams and possibly even dream control, not guaranteed a lucid dream but I have other tricks for that

These are just factors that I have found is important for me and my awareness aids are not guaranteed to work for everyone, but perhaps this helped you anyway

One example of these aids is that I do a WILD attempt on bedtime not because I expect to succeed but because I somehow get more vivid dreams that way, however for someone else that might lead to insomnia instead.

Whenever I get a dryspell I just look through all these factors and see if I followed them all. If I got a dryspell it's almost 100 % sure that I didn't followed them all. So analyze your sleep and attempts and see if there is something you can learn from it.

      This.

Good luck, jman! Try some mantras before you go to bed and tell yourself you WILL remember your dreams. I'm sure you will soon.
