2 DILD very unclear need help

so i reality checked relized I was dreaming then all the sudden my dream is not so clear any more,I try rubbing my hands together (stabilize), willing the dream to become more clear but nothing works. My sister then woke me up and ive been awake since, just looking for some advice. I've had three lucid dreams all the same way, 2 of them are hard to remember. Should I make a dream jurnal for better recall? Sorry for grammar mistakes, thanks

It looks like a Dream Journal could be helpful! It should help you remember more dreams (much clearer, too). So buy a notepad or something .

If you don't have to time to write paragraphs in the morning, try writing only small notes that describe important signs. Characters, buildings, colors, etc...You can then type these dreams up in detail on the Dream Journals section at the top of the page.

      Hope this helped! Good luck.

Also, you should stay away from smoking and/or doing drugs. Drugs can mess up your recall and make your dreams less clearer.

if you cant remember your dreams well then if you havent already, start a dream journal. If you started a dream journal then, write your dreams down in more detail. It could seem unclear because you have trouble remembering it when you wake up. I had very vivid DILDs before but when i woke up i started to question if they were actually DILDs or just non lucid dreams. It could also have something to do with which REM cycle you are on. Try taking a multivitamin before sleep and see if that helps.

Yep start a DJ. If laziness is stopping you from it, as it did with me, then this should help:

What if you had started your DJ 10 days ago? and you remembered 3 dreams a night, and out of those 3, one was lucid because your jouraling helped you become more aware. Now picture yourself in ten days. What if you didnt start a DJ. You would probably wish you had right? Think about it.

Ironically you have to be well rested to be clear in your LDs. If you are overly tired dreams are unclear.

I feel like it depends on how you are sleeping WBTB for me gave me an ultra vivid dream. But my dreams have been clearer in the last month since I started a DJ, and I've had more lucid.

Not all LDs are vivid and crisp. So you will have some like these and I'm pretty sure some will be clear as day. Try to add some awareness training. Clarity of dreams depends on that, too.

Try to incubate a lucid tonight. Visualize clarity when doing it. Tell me your results the following morning.

If I don't reply to you in this thread (unlikely), feel from to PM me. I'm happy to help you.
