@Redeemer522: thanks for the reply i usually always think about what i can be doing in LDs when i do RCs and when i go to bed. As for Vitamin B6 i have tried it, it made my dreams more vivid and easier to remember as for my DJ i try to write down as many as possible but i often dont have enough time in the morning .

@Paigeyemps: Like i said above yep im keeping A DJ and i try to update it as often as possible but alot of the times i have to settle on recalling my dreams as i take my shower and get ready in the morning Thanks for the support

@Mastermind: Wow lengthy post, Thanks for the time you put into it and again sorry about the time it took to get back, I think i understand what your saying about the passive actions and think i would like to learn more would you be up to teaching me about it?

@Shooshtime: DJ and Recall are inconsistent i really have to work on that, I do do my RCs during the day they consist of Looking at my hands making sure they're normal. I look at them count my fingers examine them, then i try to push my finger through the palm of my hand after that i look around ask how i got here, is there anything weird going on, am i dreaming or not. Then i will do a little mantra "I will realize i'm dreaming and remember it." Five times.

Also i did have my first LD this week, it lasted 5 seconds i was in a dream and was suddenly not able to walk through the air infront of me, after checking it out there was a giant bubble in front of me and i just realised i was dreaming no RC or anything then as luck would have it my alarm clock off!

I think what i really need to work on is my DJ and recall also im not sure about my RC if anyone could recommend anything better i would appreciate it
