      SP/NREM? .. not what I was expecting

      Im just sure what just happened.. but im pretty sure it was SP/NREM

      Ive been unable to sleep for a couple of hours so ive just been laying there and then all of a sudden, I get this massive sensation come over me, everything goes white and I was vibrating like fuck and then I saw like flashes of pictures and stuff. I was so close to WILD but i pulled out cause I didnt have a fucking clue what was going on!

      my god. that was so scary. I NEED MOAR

      So yeah. Thats SP/NREM(w/e you folks call it), right?

      That was perfect textbook NREM (SP is a common yet incorrect term for it). If you ever start seeing those flashing images you're already at the point where you can visualize into a dream. You don't NEED to see the images, but if you do you're set.
