These are questions that have been on my mind for awhile, and I really need answers to them. Firstly, my dreams vary by a lot, like I never notice anything in common, and when I do, I stop having common dreams so I can't even have reality checks to do. So my question is, is there a way to fix that or anything? Secondly, I heard that WBTB was a great thing to try but I have school in the morning; does it mess up your sleeping schedule and make you more tired? Thanks! |
