what other factors effect lucidity other than the various techniques like WIILD,DILD etc?

are there other factors that may effect lucidity of dreams?
      like stress,food,exercise,laughing,meditating..

well one funny thing i would like to share with you guys.
I used to pee on bed as a kid while sleeping but i everytime i would pee i would pee in my dream.
and wake up to find the whole bed wet...and realize that it wasn't just a dream.
      It was for real.

My point is what if you are sleeping and somebody starts pouring drops of water on your head...you might think that drops of water are being poured in your dream.
or might increase/decrease temperate while asleep ,you might feel the heat or cold in your dream.
or if somebody puts some sweet over your lips and when you lick it while sleeping you might think you are eating sweet in your dream.
seems like a mirroring of our physical reality and taking it into our dreams helping to become lucid..
      involving/using all our senses(taste,touch,smell,vision,hearing).

give some ideas guys to help become lucid and change our lifestyle for good
