err, did you go to bed for about 5 hours and then wake up then back to bed? I heard its easier plus I heard its healthier than doing it at night. Ive only had one WILD so far, but what I did was what I said up above and layed on my back. Then I just kept my mind clear of all thoughts. If any thoughts occured I just imagined them being put on clouds and floating away. Then eventually (30-40 minutes) I felt sleep paralysis and so I saw an image in my mind and focused on it. Then I entered the dream. |
