YO.

Something that happens to me every morning, is that during my last dream (or during the dream in which everyone else in my house is waking up, making noise, etc). I am fully aware that I am dreaming. Basically, I just know that I am dreaming, but it doesn't feel like a dream. I am able to change the plot, control characters and sort-of control myself. But I can't feel anything. It doesn't feel like I am viewing it from first person, either. There are no real senses, I can hear sounds and see, but it doesn't feel as definitely real as my other dreams. It feels disjointed, like I am looking at the situation or watching it rather than being there.

So are these dreams? Or are they daydreams?

More importantly, if they are dreams, is there any way I can make them vivid, snap myself into my dream body, make it feel real? Instead of viewing events, is it possible to transform this into a realistic lucid dream?

Thanks c:
