................induce a false awakening?

In the past I have had many false awakenings but I haven't had any for ages. I feel that if I can find a way to start having them again then I'll be able to become lucid more often. So is there a way to induce false awakenings?

Usually when I am in SP I sort of struggle and fight to get out of it and I will have an FA. I am not physically moving at all b/c my body is totally paralized, this is all taking place in your mind...like when you WILD or when you wake up in the middle of the night in SP or something.

She did the book check....it did not work! Although it always works when Splash & I do it, we still consider it a LD, & intend that it remain one!
