      Best time for WBTB

When is the best time to wake up after you go to sleep, 4.5, 5, 6 hours? If it is different for every one what time is best for you?

How long is it till you go back to sleep, i know this is different for everyone. So i can fall asleep really easy within 5 min of waking up but if it is like 10min it is difficult for me to go back to sleep. So would i stay up till maybe 7min and got back to sleep?

As with nearly every other aspect of Lucid Dreaming, different things work for different people. It's up to you to find the best WBTB time for you. I don't know how to go about doing this for yourself, but I'm sure other people here do know how. Also, if you are too awake at 10 minutes and you can sleep easily at 5 minutes, I would say somewhere in the middle .

6 hours works best for me... I would suggest a shorter time awake then 10 minutes. Two minutes works for me.

MILD tests indicate a period of 30minutes as best when performing WBTB, but it's very subjective. The thing is, too short and the reason you'd do a WBTB (to get a clearer sense of your intent of becoming lucid) would be useless. Too long, and your sleep would start to fade. Experimentation here is the key, but just keep in mind that waking up in the middle (or preferably end) of a REM cycle will be best, that way you'll have a fresh new sleep cycle.

I try to drink a glass of water before bed so I will wake up a few hours into my sleep to go to the restroom. I've practiced finding my way to the bathroom and performing the necessary functions in the dark so as not to fully awaken. I try to keep the idea in my head of becoming Lucid the whole time I'm awake, then I go lay back down when I'm done.
      I Dreamed a Dream
In it, saw people I've never seen
      Gone places I've never been
And done things I'd do again.

Yeah i have been looking on the internet and found 6 works good for a lot of people.

      So here is an example...
I if i go to bed at 10:00pm i will wake up at 4:00am and stand up or sit up for maybe 2-4 min than lay back down. Do MILD and hopefully have more lucid dreams.
and of course wake up and do dream journal.

It varies by the person but around 5 hours is best for most people. How long you stay up isn't that important but I would say anywhere between 2 and 15 minutes.
