Very important question about WILD and hypnogagia

Hi. So when I am going to sleep at night I am aware when I start to enter hypnogagic state. That's easy. Actually it becomes a dream but when I realize that my thoughts have become a dream I am awake, but in my bed and no its not a false awakening. So I have not been able to actually stay awake and consciously enter a dream. What is the process to actually do this? What is the missing link? It doesn't really work. How to keep yourself lucid right into the dream? Any tricks?

Yes, once you see the fully formed dream, you need to enter it. You need to find your way, but for the starters, look here. This is how I do it. Just tweak it so it works for you the best.
