So when I am going to sleep at night I am aware when I start to enter hypnogagic state. That's easy. Actually it becomes a dream but when I realize that my thoughts have become a dream I am awake, but in my bed and no its not a false awakening. So I have not been able to actually stay awake and consciously enter a dream. What is the process to actually do this? What is the missing link? It doesn't really work. How to keep yourself lucid right into the dream? Any tricks?
