It looks like you have a very solid routine going on. If it is going to be your first lucid dream you may need to keep your morale up, just make sure that you know it varies for everyone, when I first started it only took me about a week to start having lucid dreams, for others it can take much longer, other than that with this kind of routine you are the right track to your first lucid dream |

Mantras are needed in MILD but are not specifically for MILD, just as using electronics and such aren't for a specific technique, just use what fits you the best! |
