Well, It seems like you're pretty far away (from my experience) but everyone is different. Don't worry bud, you'll get there soon. A technique I use is imagine yourself counting numbers in the sand at a beach, with the waves gently washing over your body. Do not think about ANYTHING but those numbers. Every 10 seconds, gently check you HI, then go back to drawing the numbers... After a while you should be in a dream |
