Experimental: Attaining Lucidity, an easier way.

So I've been experimenting with Lucid dreaming these past few weeks with different methods out there and I've had 1 successful try so far, which was really interesting. But today I managed to become lucid 2 times while going for a couple of naps, this is how I did it. It's not settled if this will constantly work, but I felt like sharing.

What I did was I made an Audio file, added a Isochronic beat that was created for lucid dreaming and I recorded my own voice saying "You're dreaming, You're In a dream, You're dreaming" Repeated one more time after a 5 second interval then again after 5 minutes, 10 minutes and again 5 minutes in case I didn't hear it. The audio file kicked in after 20 minutes which is usually how long it takes for me to fall asleep when I take a nap.

Copied the file two times, one for falling asleep at night which usually takes me around 45 minutes. And WBTB or WILD which takes me 15 minutes, I have not experimented with these two yet of the duration to when it should kick in. I might just adjust the falling asleep file with a 90-110 minute time frame until the audio kicks in. And adjust the WBTB WILD Audio to kick in after 10 minutes.

But If you guys want to experiment around with this audio file here is the link for it: Lucid Dreaming Audio File

If this makes it easier for you to become lucid, I'd love to get some feedback on it. Also, if you guys have any tips to improve this experiment. Post it here!

P.S: You do not need headphones for this, you can use your phone speaker or a regular speaker beside your bed. Make sure to have it loud enough so you'll hear it but not wake you up! But if you prefer to have headphones go for it!
