You don't always get HH. Sometimes you have different sensations, as I describe in article linked in my above post. Other than that, just keep doing it.
Vibrations and tingling are two different things. I understand that for someone who never had vibrations before it's hard to tell the difference. Best thing I can recommend is to read the WILD linked above and keep trying. It may take many tries to get any result at all. That doesn't mean you are doing anything wrong. It just doesn't always work, even if you doing it right.
You don't need to visualize, other than get your mind into dreaming mood by thinking (not trying to see) any of your previous cool dreams. When you get closer to falling asleep and HH are destinned to happen, the dream you are thinking about will help to get more dreamlets. But it also may not. It's not an exact science. Take lots of tries and patience. But I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
