      Help me with DEILD!!!!

I have had 3 or 4 lucid dreams so far, so I'm ready to step it up a little. DEILDing look like a good choice but I ran into a problem. Does anyone know how i can train myself not to open my eyes or move after I wake up! I almost had one, but then I moved after 3 seconds because I forgot... This is impossible. Can anyone help?

You can always try this small trick in order to be more aware when you wake up:

Set an alarm for like 4.5-5hours after going to bed.
After the alarm rings, make sure you get up and focus yourself that you want to be lucid. Take your time, but don't loose your sleep!
Put a second alarm for 40minutes to 1hour later and go to bed. This second alarm must turn itself off, not have a high pinch sound, and only ring for 1-2 seconds. Then go to sleep.

You'll probably hit REM within the next 40-60minutes, and since you got increased focus from the previous WBTB, you might become aware that you're trying DEILD as soon as the alarm touches. Even better, you can even end up inducing an FA which is a free door to lucidity. Good luck!

Trying out MILD? This is how you become skilled at it.

It's just something that requires practice.
Before going to bed, set the intent! Say to yourself a mantra that you think might help you.
What I like to do is if you have a smart phone, get an app that allows you to set a timer/alarm that goes off automatically. Chronology/chronolite is a great app for that, you can set "alarms" to go off after a certain amount of time, there's many tones to choose from and you can set how long you want them to go off, anywhere from 3 to 10 seconds is best. If the alarm shuts off automatically you don't have to physically get up. If you get into the habit of hearing the alarm, it will just become natural to not be jolted awake and you just keep your eyes shut (which it probably won't take long at all!).
      From my rotting body,
      flowers shall grow
      and I am in them
      and that is eternity.

Try to remember how back of your eyelids look, it's slightly different from complete darkness if you look carefully and it could be used as a good sign for when the dream ends, also you could try using mantra 'I will be still and will keep eyes closed when i wake up' or something like that as you fall asleep. Also don't think it's impossible, if you set something as impossible in your mind it will be harder to reach it, think positive!

Even if you move, you can still get LD via WILD. Just stay as you were and try a WILD for a few minutes.
