I am not very experienced, and maybe you shouldn't take my advice seriously. I'd suggest just trying to dild. If you can recall 2-4 dreams every night, that's pretty good. Do reality checks until it's a normal thing and use mantras as you fall asleep. Be confident as well. This is what helped me reach my first lucid dream.

also, 'u', 'r', and 'wat' are not words. It is really hard to read

Don't do WILD as many consider that the hardest method to start out with. Just work on the fundamentals (awareness, recall, etc) and everything will flow naturally.

The WILD is an advanced thing but a simple practise.

What you need to do is to switch perspective. If you are focusing your awareness in the physical world, by for example trying to feel if you are relaxed or looking for hypnagogic imagery with your eyes, well then you are going to stay in the physical focus/ reality/ world.
However if you focus your awareness on something non-physical such as a visualization then your awareness will be in that non-physical world.

It might sound weird but it is really simple, I mean you don't move your physical body when you dream, you move your awareness!
So why focus on the body? Why focus on getting relaxed more than focusing on moving your awareness?

Here is something you can try out and practise this skill: Visualization OBE technique explained. - YouTube
