I had pain in my brain when waking up from lucid dream

So when i pinched myself in dream i suddenly realised it was a dream i was so excited that i began to float upwards with though but because it was too slow i teleported myself to my room. Then i was stuck in there cause i wasn't able to break the window. But then i teleported to nearby street and started floating upwards again, i didn't manage to fly and i sorta like removed my soul from my dream body but got back in it and i woke up with massive pain in my brain. Did i over do stuff should i take it more carefully with my first lucid dreams?

Chances are you just woke up with a sore head, as people do sometimes. I doubt it was anything to do with what you did in the lucid dream, because you most likely do even more than that in non-lucid dreams, and it uses just the same amount as brain power (maybe a tiny bit less). A dream is simply some neurons firing off randomly in your mind, creating the vivid and incredible imagery and scenes that we see, it doesn't hurt us or harm us.

      I agree^^

There is a chance, that you would have woke up with a headache that morning no matter what.

Keep in mind that any kind of pain you had wasn't actually in your brain--there are no pain neurons in the brain. The pain was either in your head (figuratively) or a headache, there is no reason to believe that lucid dreaming was the cause.

It's not very likely that lucid dreaming caused the pain. Only thing I would say is did you take any pills to get lucid? If so, maybe that's the problem.
