Help with the "EXIT" thing on OBE!

I've been into sleep paralysis this morning. I had this vibration and creepy sounds(like metal and a creepy bird(or a witch) sound). After that vibration I feel my eyes slowly opening so what I did was close it again. I've been in that state for about a minute and then woke up because I was uncomfortable with the feeling. After that, I tried to enter Mind Awake - Body sleep state again but I fell asleep and sort of had a Lucid Dream...but the moment I realized I was dreaming, I instantly woke up!!!!!!!!! deymmm!

Honestly I consider the "witch" sound to be an easy way in. I don't always get it, but when I do I simply focus on it. Doing this will amplify the sound until I here a *click*, and then I can float out or get up. Don't expect it or rely on it, but when it happens, seize the opportunity. Focusing on it will also help to curb your excitement at the same time.

So I slept at 12:00am and woke up at exactly 4:00am. Waited for about 45 mins and tried getting into sleep paralysis again. I kinda had a hard time waiting for the right timing because I haven't felt the vibration/sound thing in my attempts. After that I moved because it felt like I was wasting my energy and time so about 5:30 I tried again...same thing happened. I decided to take a walk for an hour, eat breakfast and then tried again, that was 7:30am, and failed again. Am I missing something? Is there easier ways to enter sleep paralysis? My first successful SP was in hands-above-the-head-feet-crossed position but my last attempt was hands-on-both-side-feet-separated position. Was this the problem or I haven't gotten enough sleep? Thanks

Don't concern yourself with SP, just focus on falling asleep consciously. I always just sleep in the most comfortable position and move whenever I need to. The problem with many of these "OBE" teachers is that they teach you to stay awake; therefore you can spend years entering vibrations and other sensations without ever being able to "exit". You must fall asleep, and focusing on SP is in my opinion a great way to prevent that from happening. Take a look at some of the WILD tutorials here to get a better idea, and good luck.

You were right. I slept normally, woke up normally but I did not move, then after a minute I started to vibrate..I can't recall what happened next. :/
