So I slept at 12:00am and woke up at exactly 4:00am. Waited for about 45 mins and tried getting into sleep paralysis again. I kinda had a hard time waiting for the right timing because I haven't felt the vibration/sound thing in my attempts. After that I moved because it felt like I was wasting my energy and time so about 5:30 I tried again...same thing happened. I decided to take a walk for an hour, eat breakfast and then tried again, that was 7:30am, and failed again. Am I missing something? Is there easier ways to enter sleep paralysis? My first successful SP was in hands-above-the-head-feet-crossed position but my last attempt was hands-on-both-side-feet-separated position. Was this the problem or I haven't gotten enough sleep?
