Try this along with the other techniques you are using: After you've done your mantras, as you lay in bed waiting to fall asleep, try to completely relax. close your eyes. Breath deeply and relax every muscle in your body. Now, visualize a dream you had recently (the night before if you remember one) in as much detail as possible. Pick a place in the dream where you should have done a reality check and visualize yourself doing a RC, and becoming lucid. Then visualize what you would have done if you were lucid in that dream. Do this every night if possible. |
