At the end of the book, or any time really, you can revisit the exercises, play with them, see how they change as your Dreaming skill changes, but that is completely up to you. As a recommendation though, I would say go through everything again at least once after you've mastered dreaming, just to see if there's a change.

When you practice Dreaming enough, the super reality check state can be summoned immediately, there's no need to actually do an RC. Reality checks become an instantaneous shifting that can be held on to for as long as you want. Dreaming then becomes the starting place for the rest of the processes in the book.
I am also very interested on your techniques/book.
Right now I feel I need to give too much of my time and energies to DJ+DS+RCs+MILD to get a mere 4-5 LDs per month. On top of that if I slack off because of some concern in daily life I feel like I go back to square one. And I find that very unmotivating, because that's not how learning any other skill works. It makes me think we must be missing something.

So going along with Fryman's question, what kind of routine do you suggest? Are you and the people you've taught getting a balanced effort/results ratio?

For now, I'd just recommend exploring each of the exercises presented so far. Get a good experience with each, then move on to the next. Once we've got a few people successfully doing day 5, we'll move on to the next section of the book. As far as routine, find the exercises you like and play with them. Most can be done anywhere anytime, even if you're doing other things.

Thanks. I did exercise two for 25 min and I got a couple of things to report:
      - like 3 or 4 times during the exercise my mind started wandering to daily concerns, as soon as I noticed I took it back to the exercise.
      - did some exploring part on an atic, and as I tend to fly a lot in my LDs I got a little bit scared of confusing realities and went back inside
      - after I did all RCs I could think of I continued exploring but also continued doing RCs from time to time and thinking they are not reliable. After rereading the exercise I wonder, should I have stopped doing RCs at some point?

Once all tests are exhausted, realize there is absolutely no test you can perform that can tell you whether or not you’re dreaming. You truly do not know. Explore the world while holding on to this state of mind.
I've just felt like doing this second part of the exercise, so I performed it spontaneously a few times lately and I've had this lucid where I just knew I was dreaming and felt more "present" than usually. I think it might be related to the exercises for two reasons: I was having one lucid every two weeks but I've had two lucids this week while doing the exercises a little bit, and that feeling of "present" I didn't have for a while.

      Hi. There.
Everybody wants someting new, when the point is that a lucid dreamer (one that already has had several LD) already knows how to do it but he forgot the skill. How this guy said, once you think to know something you stop to see it and you see only the brain schema of that thing.
I red day 2 Yesterday and done the exercise for a while. I got lucid tonight.
