For now, I'd just recommend exploring each of the exercises presented so far. Get a good experience with each, then move on to the next. Once we've got a few people successfully doing day 5, we'll move on to the next section of the book. As far as routine, find the exercises you like and play with them. Most can be done anywhere anytime, even if you're doing other things. |
