Can FILD Work As Soon As I Go To Bed

It's very hard for me to wake up during REM, so is there a chance that FILD would work as soon as I get to bed (being tired of course)

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

      Oh :L
What would be the best method of LD for me, considering it is very hard for me to wake up without being tired. I normally wake up very energized

If you don't want to wake up in the middle of the night, then I would suggest DILD. http://www.dreamviews.com/dild/13212...ods-dilds.html
