SSILDers - your experience and tips

For all you guys who practice SSILD with consistent success, what are the particulars of your technique ?

What tips would you like to share ?
Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

I don't have crazy success but have had a good hand full with SSILD, my key is relaxation and passively noting. When I feel something like maybe I am flying forward at 300000000 miles per hour I have learned to keep calm and go with the flow, don't Fight and don't Excite. I am more of "WILDer" to be completely honest and I am the worse DILDer you will EVER meet. Good luck...

      Don't try too hard.
Remember that you are allowed to lose track or even fall asleep in SSILD.
