You could say a mantra to yourself, like, "I lucid dream tonight," or, "I am aware in my dreams tonight." Or maybe you could do a few memory exercises: remembering what you were doing 5 minutes ago and what you will be doing in the next 5 minutes. Daydreaming about having a lucid can also be pretty effective too.
