I see that there are more people with lack of motivation. My story is a little different. I had a Lucid Dream many times (~8) in the past. I tried to be in shape, but every time I was losing the motivation, stopping the training and journal. After a few months I tried to come back, had a Lucid Dream, lost motivation, rinse and repeat.

Now I am back with new portion of power. Why? Because I have just reminded to myself how does it feel to be in a Lucid Dream. And Legacy, give yourself some time. After the very first Lucid Dream try to remember as much as possible. Write it down and read it every time You feel that You're lacking of motivation. Believe me, You would feel amazing and motivation won't be a problem.

Second big thing is that You cannot feel that You are under pressure. Just live Your life, be yourself and add something to Your life what would remind You about Lucid Dreams. I had a reminder on my phone (Reality Check every 1 hour). Now I have a tattoo (Dream Catcher) on my right wrist and a medallion (with 'Dream' word) on my left. I just live my life. You should definitely live Your way without any pressure. Just remember about something small, something special for Reality Checks.

You forgot about Dream Journal entry? No worries. Forgot about Reality Checks? No worries. Just try to improve Yourself next day. Remember that Lucid Dream is for You and not vice versa

After the night without a Lucid Dream think to Yourself: "Ok dream, I haven't catched You this night. But next night You will be mine". Smile, wake up and start Your day. Good attitude man!
