Thread: Semi-lucid to lucid?

Lately Whenever I remember a dream there are times in the dream where I check if im dreaming and Im like yeah I am and then don't do anything about it? If i was really becoming lucid I'd follow that up with something but i didn't. What do I do

Basically, if you know you are dreaming, you are lucid. I think the problem is that you weren't aware of the fact that you were dreaming.
I think it helps if you put a little more 'effort' in your RC's. So, not just plug your nose and go on with what you were busy with, but really think about what will happen if you were dreaming (in this case you could breath), and how it will feel etc.
