I've only had about 2 lucids and in those lucids i did lift my hands and put them in front of me and look at them. But 2 lucids in 3 years.... That's tons of nights when I didn't look at my hands(or at the mirror or anything). |

The dream state is characterized by a "fog", or extra level of dullness sitting on top of our usual awareness, and impaired access to memory. To cut through this fog one needs to cultivate a really keen sense of self-awareness during the waking day, and practice access to memory. This takes time, but is well worth the investment. |

Ohhh interesting. Yeah cause yesterday night. it was awesome. Had many Dream recalls. And in one i pointed at some person, with my finger, so my hand was in front of me, I coul've remembered "hey let me check my hand" but i didn't. |
