Almost with WILD but so far

Ok, last night I was laying in bed at about 11 and decided to try WILD. I did the entire relaxing process and got to the state where I could see light patterns and I got hit by the extreme vibrations. I was laying there with this happening but I had a problem, i didnt know what to do next. If someone could help I would apreciate it

Were you trying this when you first went to bed? If so, try at least 5 hours of sleep next time. It is good that you were able to relax and get into sleep paralysis, but sounds to me like your brain was not ready to start up REM.

      Hello WelshWonder,

I also do WILDs when I first go to bed. So far, it rarely fails me. I never use the WBTB method unless I'm experimenting.

If you feel vibrations again, you have 2 choices. You can use them to pulse and Exit into OBE - or - you can form your dreamscape (manifest imagery) and enter LD. For the latter, you might experience a trance-like blackout state on the crossover as you enter LD. Basically, that means falling asleep between vibrations/imagery and LD awareness.

Deja, how do you know if, after shaking a bit, you are actually staying awake, or drifting into an LD? i don't want to do anything that will wake me up, yet i want to know if i am about to be able to enter a dream phase...

The tech I use...Is to just let it flow, dont think about what YOU have to do next, it will happen (at least for me) Just let your body handle it while you keep your focus on something. (Or you could form and enter your own dreamscape like dejasoul suggested)

      Good luck

PS- Getting WILDS at night is not nearly as hard as people say it is

No problem bud! I used to think it was very hard myself but once I attempted it, it was MUCH easier than expected. Everyone has their own technique for a -Pre sleep WILD- and I bet you that you'll find what works for you best soon...
